Who I Am & What I Do
On this page you will get to know a little more about me. I will share one of life's great lessons I've had the privledge of learning and then I will explain why that journey led me to do what I do, and why it gave me not only the knowledge but also the lived wisdom to guide other people through their own similar experiences. This life is a living experiment and I believe in the power of being able to relate, and walk a path separate yet similar to those around us.

My Journey With Anorexia
I’ve always been highly sensitive and deeply aware. As a kid, I could feel the pain, tension, and unspoken emotions around me, but I was told I was “too sensitive” and “making things up.” Over time, I decided I must be the problem—and if I couldn’t fix the world’s pain, maybe the world would be better without me. Anorexia became my way out. At 13, I entered an in‑patient treatment center that showed me, painfully and clearly, how broken many approaches to mental health and recovery are. That experience nearly broke me, but it also planted the seeds for the work I do now: seeing dysfunction clearly, honoring sensitivity as a gift, and creating a path to healing that actually supports the whole human.
How overcoming Anorexia allows me to guide others
Recovery for me wasn’t just about eating more or gaining weight—it was about changing the way my mind worked, healing my nervous system, and learning I was never the problem to begin with. I had to understand why I chose anorexia, what beliefs were driving my self‑destruction, and who I wanted to become beyond the identity of “someone with an eating disorder.” Now, I help others do the same. Together, we look at the beliefs, patterns, and environments that keep you stuck, and we build tools that are unique to you—body, mind, and soul. My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to walk beside you as you remember your own strength, reclaim your life, and step into a version of you that no longer needs the disorder to survive.
